Top Ten 2014 Releases I Meant to Read but Didn’t Get To
I was quite the slacker in 2014. There are so many books I meant to read but just never got around to it. It was kind of a crazy year and then I spent almost three months living at my sister’s while we finished working on my house. I didn’t get much reading done! These are books I hope to get to in 2015!
- Ignite Me by Tahereh Mafi: I KNOW! I am the worst! I loved the first two books but I am terrible at finishing books in a series! It’s one of my goals for the year. I’ll get to this one soon!
- Broken Hearts, Fences, and Other Things to Mend by Katie Finn: This one just sounded so fun! I still really want to read it… especially since there are more coming!
- This Side of Salvation by Jeri Smith-Ready: I adore her other books so how did I not get to this one?!?
- House of Ivy & Sorrow by Natalie Whipple: I really enjoyed Transparent and think that this one sounds delightful.
- Silver Shadows by Richelle Mead: GAH!!!! With the way The Fiery Heart ended I intentionally put this one off until The Ruby Circle comes out. I’ll be reading it next month 🙂
- The Unbound by Victoria Schwab: Me and series books! We. Do. Not. Mesh. I loved The Archived and cannot wait to see what happens next.
- I’ll Give You The Sun by Jandy Nelson: Everyone is raving about it and I still haven’t read it!
- What I Thought Was True by Huntley Fitzpatrick: My Life Next Door is a favorite of mine. I’m interested in reading another story by the author.
- The Girl With the Windup Heart by Kady Cross: I adore this series but always seem to read them way after they come out! Fail.
- To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before by Jenny Han: I pre-ordered this one and have heard such great things! Maybe I need to wait until they’re all out?
Quinn @ Quinn's Book Nook
Nope, I definitely haven’t read any of these either. 🙂
Kasey @ The Story Sanctuary
Sooo many of these sound really good. House of Ivy and Sorrow and I’ll Give You the Sun especially. I’m horrible at series books too. 🙂
Estelle
You and me both on the Huntley Fitzpatrick and This Side of Salvation.
Please read I’ll Give You The Sun. Please. 🙂
Happy reading!
