Today on the Bittersweet blog tour: Character This or That with Josh
About the Book: Once upon a time, Hudson knew exactly what her future looked like. Then a betrayal changed her life, and knocked her dreams to the ground. Now she’s a girl who doesn’t believe in second chances… a girl who stays under the radar by baking cupcakes at her mom’s diner and obsessing over what might have been.
So when things start looking up and she has another shot at her dreams, Hudson is equal parts hopeful and terrified. Of course, this is also the moment a cute, sweet guy walks into her life…and starts serving up some seriously mixed signals. She’s got a lot on her plate, and for a girl who’s been burned before, risking it all is easier said than done.
It’s time for Hudson to ask herself what she really wants, and how much she’s willing to sacrifice to get it. Because in a place where opportunities are fleeting, she knows this chance may very well be her last….
Judging from Josh’s responses to This or That he’s the kind of guy I’d Like to get to know! What do you think?
Sugar or Spice? Sugar with a bit of spice hidden on the inside.
Spring or Fall? Winter. I can’t skate in spring or fall!
Call or Text? Hang out in person.
Lethal Virus or Nuclear Explosion? Morbid! I’ll take the virus. There’s always a chance of finding a cure. Ever the optimist!
Pancakes or Waffles? Waffles smothered in real maple syrup and butter.
Books or Movies? Books. I like a little left to the imagination.
Noon or Midnight? Midnight. Ever seen a full moon over the ice? Amazing.
Half Full or Half Empty? Half neutral. Depends on the situation. I mean, if you just poured a half cup of coffee, it’s half full. If you just drank it down to that level, it’s half empty. Hmm. Is this like a psych test or something? When do I get to look at the shapes and tell you what I see? 😉
Early to Rise or Sleep In? I’d love to sleep in, but I’m up early every day to practice. It’s the only time I can get on the ice alone.
Literal or Figurative? I knew it! This IS a psych test! In that case, I see cupcakes.
Save or Spend? Spend. Why save if that virus is coming to knock us all out?
Tell or Keep Secret? Secrets are sexy.
Love or Money? Ha! Next. (Okay, it’s love. Don’t tell the guys.)
Super Smart or Super Strength? Super smarts. You can always work out, right? But some people just can’t wise up!
Fly or Read Minds? Fly. Like I said, I need things left to the imagination. Reading minds would get melodramatic and crazy and overwhelming. But the real answer here is… yes, I still see cupcakes!
