Texas Gothic
by Rosemary Clement-Moore
Release Date: July 12, 2011
Published by: Delacorte Books

Amy Goodnight’s family is far from normal. She comes from a line of witches, but tries her best to stay far outside the family business. Her summer gig? Ranch-sitting for her aunt with her wacky but beautiful sister. Only the Goodnight Ranch is even less normal than it normally is. Bodies are being discovered, a ghost is on the prowl, and everywhere she turns, the hot neighbor cowboy is in her face.

I absolutely adored Rosemary Clement-Moore’s book The Splendor Falls so I am SUPER EXCITED to read this one! One of my favorite aspects was the way I felt transported to the Southern setting. I look forward to that here as well. The suspense and mystery was great too. Plus… that cover? WIN! Check out my review of The Splendor Falls and follow the author on twitter  @rclementmoore

Next week, we’re giving away a copy of Texas Gothic on the Library Ninja blog (http://arlingtonlibrary.org/Library-ninja).

Rosemary is local to our area and has been very generous with signing books and giving us awesome freebies in the past. On top of that, she’s a brilliant and witty writer. When a writer is awesome, it just makes you love their books even more.
