About the Author:
Beth Cato resides in the outskirts of Phoenix, AZ. Her husband Jason, son Nicholas, and crazy cat keep her busy, but she still manages to squeeze in time for writing and other activities that help preserve her sanity. She is originally from Hanford, CA, a lovely city often pungent with cow manure.
Five reasons why I want to read it:
1. Steampunk: I’ve really loved the few steampunk books I’ve read. Why have I not read more?!?! Time to remedy that!!
2. Comparison: Um, in the vein of Gail Carriger? SOLD!!!! I’ve not read her adult books but I adore Etiquette & Espionage. Anything similar is something I want to read!
3. Healer: I’m a sucker for any fantasy that features a healer! I can’t handle blood and sickness in general but I love to read about people who can!
4. Assassin: If there’s anything I love more in my fantasy than a healer it’s an assassin!!! I mean, Throne of Glass? Grave Mercy? LOVE!!! Can’t wait to see how the maybe assassin love interest plays out!
5. Debut: I love finding new authors to read and support! I can’t wait to see what Beth Cato has in store for us!
