If you follow me on twitter you have probably seen one of the many pictures I’ve been posting of my new house. My parents and I bought it back in June but I just began staying here last week! I absolutely love it. My very favorite place is my new office. I don’t know about you, but I love seeing pictures of peoples bookish spaces. With that in mind, I decided to give you a photo tour of my new favorite place 🙂

When you walk into the room and turn to the left you can see a closet door. Above that I have my signed book cover that Maggie Stiefvater drew for Sinner. Framed on the wall are two prints from Leigh Barugo’s Grisha trilogy (purchased from this etsy shop.) And of course, an If I Stay movie poster! The bookshelf has books I have yet to read as well as other bookish goodies.
Then onto my desk! This wall features my favorite pictures. That set of three in the top left was painted by my friend Jaimie. Each contains a quotation from one of Stephanie Perkins’ books. I love them! Also, my signed Divergent poster from when I got to attend a pre-screening and my TFIOS movie poster. Of course, there is also my amazing library cart that my aunt gave me! It’s got books I still need to read and review on it.
Here’s a close up of the desktop. The desk is just a plain table/desk we got from Ikea. My mom painted it to match the room. I arranged some bookmarks, stickers, and other bookish goodies from some of my favorite authors and books on it. A piece of glass cut to size tops it off with some metal desk accessories I spray painted to match the bookshelves. I love how it turned out!
To the right of my library cart and just before my bookshelves start I have my Newsies poster. LOVE that movie. Also, a cute little white cabinet to help with storage. The top is decorated with some framed bookish pictures.
And then there’s the best part.. the bookshelves! I love them so much!!
Of course the top would be wasted space if I didn’t have some books up there! Also, I had fun putting little things on the shelves.

Last, but not least, my absurd collection of bookish totes, a Divergent poster I got when I went to see the movie at the imax, and the back of my door with a John Green poster on it.
